From Kitchen to Community
We started in a home kitchen during COVID, trying to make ends meet after finding ourselves without a job. What started with cooking the Hawaiian food we loved became a way to provide for our family and share a piece of home with others.
From that little kitchen, we grew into a food-court takeout spot for four years, then opened our first full-service restaurant in Southern Highlands Marketplace in 2025. Now, we’ve opened our second location at 333 St. Louis Ave inside Lucky 3 Food Hall.
Through every step, we’ve stayed true to who we are: no shortcuts, no gimmicks—just real food, culture, and aloha. Every bowl and plate carries a piece of our journey. We’re still chasing the dream, one bowl at a time.
